All orders are processed immediately and are shipped out within 24 hours after payment has been received. Delivery will be made between 1-3 working days (Mondays-Fridays) after your order is shipped out. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We partner with professional courier service providers who bring your products to you at your door step.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You are eligible for free shipping nationwide if the products you have ordered is over #20,000. Charges for your shipment and delivery estimates for your order would be calculated and displayed at the point of checkout.

RETURNS

Please be informed that all returns must be made within 7 days of purchasing the items. Products must be in the same condition/packaging in which you received it and must not be used or damaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method that you used during the purchase. You are advised to contact your bank or card issuer assoon as a refund has been made.

If the product is used or damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return later than 7 days from the day you purchased the item, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Kindly note that the cost of shipping back to us will be covered by the buyer.
