Is your child getting enough sleep?
Children must have a sufficient amount of sleep to grow, develop, and function optimally.Making sure your child gets good, sound sleep ensures he or she will have a sound foundation for
proper mind and body development.
Sleeping well increases brainpower just as weight lifting builds stronger muscles, because sleeping
well increases your child’s attention span and allows him or her to be physically relaxed and mentally
alert at all times!
From ages one to twelve ,your child needs between 10-12 hours of sleep. Babies tend to sleep longer;
they should sleep for at least 15 hours in a day.
